Victims of Violence
Victims of Violence is a federally registered charitable organization. Since 1984, their mission has been to provide long term support and guidance to victims of violent crime and their families and to aid families of missing children in the search for their loved ones. They also act as a resource centre providing information on these topics, engage with the media around these issues, and generally promote public safety and the protection of society.
White Ribbon Campaign
The White Ribbon Campaign works to end violence against women in all its forms, through educating young people (especially boys and men) on the issue, and working in partnership with women’s organizations, the corporate sector, the media, and other partners to create a future with no violence against women.
